This restaurant truly shines with its impressive and diverse menu that masterfully blends Cantonese classic dim sum with robust seafood dishes. Among the standout items are the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings—delicate, translucent wrappers unveiling plump, tender shrimp that burst with freshness—and the satisfyingly fluffy Bao Buns that meld pillowy textures with decadent fillings. Seafood lovers will find themselves surrendering to the luxurious Lobster Cantonese, a dish rich with savory glaze and perfectly cooked lobster meat that melts in your mouth.
Dim sum here is not just a meal but a festive experience; servers expertly navigate the dining room with carts laden with small plates, presenting options like Taro Dim Sum, Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls with Lotus Seed Paste, and the ever-popular Custard Buns. The interactive style encourages tasting and sharing, ideal for families or groups eager to explore the breadth of Cantonese flavors. The Peking Duck, as a family favorite according to guests, arrives with a perfectly crispy skin and tender meat, delicately seasoned—not overpowering, but beautifully balanced.
Complimentary to the food, the drink selection features fragrant Jasmine Tea, which offers a soothing counterpoint to the rich and savory dishes.
From the spicy kick of the Kung Po Chicken to the comfortingly warm Seafood Bean Curd Soup, each dish bursts with authentic, nuanced flavors that transport you straight to a bustling Hong Kong eatery. Even the pan-fried dishes—like the crisp Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and savory Salt and Pepper Squid—deliver an exciting contrast of textures that keep your palate engaged.
Reviewers consistently commend TEN TEN for capturing the authentic New York-style dim sum experience but with a refined Florida touch. Customers love the dynamic dim sum cart concept, which invites diners to sample a range of dishes without the pressure of ordering everything upfront. The food’s quality and generous portions are often praised, with many highlighting the restaurant’s ribs, shrimp wrapped in rice cake, and various noodle dishes like the aromatic Singapore Rice Noodles.
This vibrancy is matched by the attentive and friendly staff, who bring an unmistakable warmth to the dining experience. While some note the fast pace of the dim sum carts and complexity of the menu might seem overwhelming at first, most guests agree the culinary offerings more than make up for it. Overall, TEN TEN creates a spirited, family-friendly atmosphere where every visit feels like a joyous celebration of Chinese culinary heritage.
For anyone craving an authentic yet accessible Chinese seafood and dim sum adventure in Sunrise, TEN TEN Chinese Seafood Dim Sum Restaurant provides perfectly steamed, savory, and artfully prepared dishes that leave a lasting impression. We had a family dinner, total of 6 people. Today, we tried Pekin Duck (half), and I really liked it because it is not too salty, not overly spiced.
Absolutely the most authentic New York style Chinese I have had in Florida. Their selection is massive and the dumplings are unmatched. Chive and pork dumping, eggplant stuffed shrimp, and beef lo mein are a few of the items I tried on my stay here and all of them were delicious. A lot of comments about service are mentioned but I can say that was not my experience. Every single server came to our table to attend to us at some point in the night and all were friendly and helpful. One in particular explained some dishes and let us know that a few would take longer to make. The front of the restaurant is decorated nicely but otherwise is not much to look at. Many large tables with loads of chairs stacked in the back within guest view. Our table was wiped down but did have a few items on it from the guests before. Bathroom was well maintained.
Just came back from a fantastic Din Sum lunch. Every single disk was better then next served NYC Style in little hot carts with ladies walking around offering different DIm sum dishes . Highly recommend the Shrimp wrapped in rice cake . They make the best ribs in Miami Chinese food world. Huge place friendly staff.
We visited for my daughter's birthday and loved the fun dumpling/dim sum cart concept--it's great if you want to sample lots of options instead of committing to one dish. Everything I tried was tasty. The downside is that if you're not familiar with dumplings, it can feel overwhelming at first. The carts come quickly, the menu has photos but no prices, and it's easy to end up with things you didn't really want. Communication with some of the staff was also a bit difficult to understand, which added to the confusion at the beginning. Plates run about $6-$7 for small shareable portions, but they are filling. I'd recommend looking at the menu ahead of time so you know what to try. It was a good experience and I'll definitely go back!
We love our Singapore noodles, perfect for sharing for 2 people. We tried fried shrimp ball dumpling and pan fried shrimps & chive dumpling Delicious . The only thing I would change is the SAUCE/ FRIED CHILI on table wasn't spicy . But 5 star for food
